OViVO purchases content from the largest world studios and TV-corporations, and also from the Russian production houses – large cinema and TV-companies, as well as the small independent players.

OViVO poses accent on the provision of the unique video experience to the viewers, that is why the main activity in forming the library lies within the purchase of the video content of various types and genres: feature movies and documentaries, animation (children and adult), educational video, TV serials and shows, concert videos, children content, erotics, etc. In fact any video will be considered by the OViVO team as long as it suits the basic requirements:

• Full-length content (not the short videos, except for the musicvideos) – at least 15 minutes long.
• Not obligatory, but very much appreciated is that content is localized for the Russian market (dubbed, voiced over or subtitled).

Also OViVO purchases rights for the audiocontent in MP3 format (including music, karaoke, audiobooks, etc.) and different videogames.

The content is being purchased for the use on the territory of Russia – it is vital, that the content-provider had the rights for this territory, and was able to provide the relevant documents.

Except for the content remuneration content provider also gets an access to the detailed reports of the content consumption with the details on the audience social measurements, content ratings and other significant factors.
 

OViVO team practicises several various types of relationship with the content-owners. The final scheme is defined in the private negotiations with the content-owner.
