GMCS implemented a CRM-system for OViVO
On Friday, 3 December, "Personal Media Technologies" company, a developer of personalized video service OViVO and GMCS company reported completion of implementation of the automated system of the media company customer relationship management based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
CRM-system allows to collect, accumulate and store information about each client, including the history of interaction in necessary for the efficient operation of video service details. For example, in addition to information on the demographic data stored in the system it is important for the service to collect genre preferences of each client. Advertising specialists of "Personal Media Technologies" may use this data when working with advertisers, providing them with the most complete portrait of OViVO audience. Clients requests are also recorded in the CRM-system, and also their subsequent processing, contracting and monitoring of their performance.

OViVO's representative in a jury of MIPCOM Buyer’s Awards for Japanese Drama
MIPCOM Buyer’s Award for Japanese Drama was won this year by Ryoichi Nitta of TBS, for the drama series Jin. The award was presented during the MIPCOM Opening Night Party. MIPCOM is partnering with the International Drama Festival in Tokyo (TIDF) for the second year, to present a MIPCOM Buyer Award for Japanese Drama. A jury of 14 western buyers selected what they considered to be the most exportable Japanese drama among the seven finalists from the TIDF, which takes place annually in Tokyo following MIPCOM. The jury also gave a special mention to Nippon Television’s series Mother. PMT introduces OViVO at MIPTV
OViVO is a new digital platform that organises the user's TV viewing for them. Developed and produced in Russia, the system analyses viewing choices, learns what you like and assembles playlists. The more you watch, the better its recommendations.
"The technology has many applications for advertisers", said OViVO chairman Andrey Marchenko. "It helps target viewers more accurately, particularly hard-to-reach high income viewer who doesn't watch much television. And it can deliver what we call 'telescopic ads'. So if the viewer clicks on the ad, they get further information and can purchase the item direct from their television."
"We're Beta testing now, and are close to commercial launch," says CEO Tatyana Prokhorova. "We've come to MIPTV to meet potential partners - principally ad agencies, content owners and distributors - in the US and worldwide. We want to demonstrate OViVO to them, and explain the three main business models."
To facilitate these conversations, OViVO is sponsoring the VIP Club on Level 3 of the Palais.

OViVO builds relationships with clients in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
In the conditions of active development of the market and brand popularisation there is a set of the problems before the media company, one of which is to provide efficient control of key business processes. Creation of the CRM-decision for relationships management with clients, partners and advertisers became the central vector of automation of the company business. Together with GMCS the company «Personal Media of Technology» has chosen software product Microsoft Dynamics CRM as such tool.
